Shoshana Wheeler

Shoshana Wheeler is a teacher, counselor, parent educator, and communication coach who has been active in the field of communication for over 20 years. In 2003 she discovered the work of Marshall Rosenberg, founder of Nonviolent Communication, and has incorporated this practice and philosophy into all of her teachings. Shoshana and her husband Rick studied The Way Of Council through The Ojai Foundation and together they offer the practice of Council and NVC to couples looking to deepen their relationship through improved communication.

Shoshana is a certified parent educator through The Echo Center of Los Angeles (Formerly The Center For Non-Violent Education and Parenting). Shoshana has taught NVC to diverse organizations such as Disney, AFX, The Shalom Institute, the Las Virgenes Unified School District and Ventura Charter School.

She is committed to bringing a compassionate lens to parents, teachers, children, and other types of humans.
