Marcel Brunel
A former US Army Airborne Ranger, Marcel Brunel has spent the last 21 years working with organizations to help them improve leadership, communication and performance. Marcel works closely with many state and local governments and Fortune 500 companies such as PwC, Southwest Airlines, Dell Inc., Yum, Elmer's, and Baylor Healthcare, helping them link performance development to optimal results in an emotion economy.
Marcel is currently working with Police Chiefs and police officers to help them better predict and prevent certain behaviors in the field. Current methodologies are able to measure what the officer is like at home, at work, and when he or she is overextended or stressed, which allows the officer and his or her PD leaders to see blind spots that could be causing blind behaviors out in the field.
A father of three, Marcel has been married to his wife Susie for over 21 years. He serves as an advisor to the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind and is the past Chairman. He currently serves on the Literacy Instruction For Texas (LIFT) Board. He has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas A&M.
